Excellent PHP programmer needed.

Looking for someone who has good coding ability, good english required and professional working attitude Our rate of pay is $800 maximum one month (30 days) per programmer which will be paid on 15th of every month upon successfully executing each project given to them and we would also ask the following: • contract in place • on skype 10 hours a day • work completed to specification • work inspected by another developer (which we will supply) before payment made • professional working attitude • good english skills • exellent php coding skills - failing to deliver any of he project/task given will be subjected to deduction from the salary out of total project cost which will be sole discretion of the management. - developer will be dedicated working on our projects only and will be available online for at least 8-10 hours a day and reporting to us on the project progress, failing to absence for a single hour/day or project progress updates every day will be subjected to salary deduction. - continuous absent ism, non performance, avoiding daily updates, not availability on skype will be subjected to termination of the contract without compensating anykind of work produced during that month/period - developer will be hired for initially 3 months contract period which may be renewed further based on their performance. - Salary will be revised after renewal of the contract - please send comprehensive details of above stated, experience, work done on all platforms along with your skype id, without which none of the application will be valid Companies do not bid! We will be awarding this project to an individual programmer.
