Customize my Osclass Theme

Hi guys, Its nice to have a chance to work with you. I'm needing a help to customize my osclass theme bit similar to existing web. one my friend helping me to customize it and he is unable to complete it as he is busy right now. the one he was working on is [login to view URL] and i need you to make it bit similer to [login to view URL] / ikman.lk. I can provide transparent map or login for [login to view URL] (Testing) and I need you to improve some of features from the other site such as post views count, premium add (it's like if someone pay $5 his add will display 1 week on the top 5 post related to his category. and if someone can pay $10 for 2 weeks, $15 for 3 weeks like that) also i like to reserve small thumbnail adds as premium adds (small 2 rows of post contain 5 add per raw with their post picture and title) I would like to have this theme in blue colour and love to have it in few colours if it possible. (so I can change theme with different colour according to the season. for eg. light blue for winter season.) as you guys expert in this field please suggest what you can do to improve this theme with feature. you can contact me any time if you require any other information. please bid if you can only work in my budget.
