Creation of "Shoe Stores Collection" website + coupon system

Hi all, for this project, I'd like to have a highly attractive website created where I can collect - All webshops where people can buy shoes online (-> Each store has a 'Store Page' on the site) + possibility for the admin to add coupon codes and offers to a specific Store Page -All shoe brands + a list of all stores where people can buy these shoes (all filled in manually by the admin) = Brand Page BASIC FUNCTIONALITIES: - Visitors must be able to give a Store or a Brand a review by picking some stars and writing a small message (aggregate rich snippets compatible!) - The admin must be able to write blog posts, from which the 3 (or 5) most recent ones should appear on the homepage as “excerpts” - On a Store page, people should be able to fill in their email address to subscribe if a coupon code or offer is available for that specific store DESIGN - Totally up to you! I prefer 'illustration style' (see examples attached Powerpoint). The design used in the powerpoint is only to explain the desired functionalities. Please don’t hesitate to arrange things differently and integrate them in one nice creative design. HOSTING I currently have the domainname and hosting account (Directadmin) registered yet. LANGUAGE Site should be in Dutch, so it is important to contact me regularly for all required translations CMS / SECURITY CMS = up to you. It should be easy for the admin to edit pages (content, image, add / remove coupon codes and offers). Off course, site should not be an easy target for hackers so pick a good CMS please. CONTENT All content will be written by admin, so your only focus should be the functionalities and the design. Please check the Powerpoint for all details / requirements BEFORE bidding!
