creation of a online checkers (draught) game view in 2D and 3D

I want a online Multi-player checkers game. a game that can be played worldwide. players must be able to view the board in 2D or 3D format at any time. players stats will be recorded has win, lose, draw. the game format will be home are away where each player must have their own checker board for home games and boards and pieces can be customized by users or a nice looking board/pieces can be purchse from the checker shop in the game. there need to be 5 places a users can play checkers in the free zone, in leagues by entering a game world, tournaments, ect. i have everything writing down but open to suggestion, so will upload more detail when you get back to me. thank you.
