Banner Design Script

Hi We run an affiliate network where users have their own credit card website. What we would like to offer them is the ability to create their own banners for their website, kind of like this: [login to view URL] we want our steps to be a bit different 1. Instructions 2. Select a banner - you should design 20 templates that a user can choose based on a credit card theme, we will give you some credit cards you can use. 3. Type a message to go on banner, what same functionality as referenced website 4. Create - will show a preview of the banner and will also create code into a box where the user can just copy and paste which will link back to their site. you are required to integrate it into our current affiliate my account section and test to ensure the code created in referencing the correct affiliate URL we are not sure what language you want to use to program this, but we run a php site using MYSQL. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Firefox and internet explorer.
