Need someone to copy JW Player/Adobe Flash from an imbedded website to a savable format

We need someone to copy what is currently in a JW Player/Adobe Flash format imbedded in a website and create a savable format so we can play it back without going to the website. Also looking for someone that can record webinars from [login to view URL] in the same way. The videos will range from about 45 minutes to an hour and a half and there will be between 10 and 15 videos initially. Please submit bid per video.
