HTML Page to Display Google Earth View superimposed with Google Sketchup Model

I need a simple google earth embeded page, which will show the google earth location for a specific locaton when I enter the latitude and longitude. Also I should be able to superimpose a google sketchup image on that location. There are only 3 google sketchup images from a drop down list, whch are stored on my local PC. The screenshots are attached. All the development should be done using html and javascript using the google earth plugin for browser. There should be a "Save" button that allows me to save, the latitude, longitude and model name into an xml file I can store on my local file system. This should be a 1 hour project for someone who is familiar with the Google Earth and sketchup APIs. (As you can see, the page should also have the fields for entering the latitude, longitue and model names for any three google sketchup models). Anyone does the project and can provide screenshots of these pages will get preference in the bidding.
