Drag and drop for IE

Objective: We have a file storage system at [login to view URL] and will like to implement drag and drop capability for IE and maybe Netscape. Have a look at the site to get familiar with the requirement. Not sure if is feasible. As such you have to study if is possible. The implementation has to do the following functionality: Display an icon on the page when the browser support drag and drop. Support dragging from the operating system, at least window explorer and desktop, into the browser and start the uploading process by posting to an address-calculated from the current page. Will provide the formula. Support dropping into the current focused application, mostly the desktop or the window explored. The process will be trigger by selecting the icons of the files and/or folder and dragging them on the desktop or window explorer. This will start the download process that can be triggered by an http get. The address of the http get has to be calculated base on current page. Will provide the formula. When you bid, specify the implementation you do and for which browser. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Java, IE, Netscape
