Desktop Photo Template, Gifting and Editing Software

We need a desktop application (windows based) that has different photo editing and templates built in. The following functionality are a must: 1st stage 1. Ability to import/load photos into the application. 2. Ability to select templates and apply them on a photo 3. Some sort of categories for templates and sizes, like (Mugs, Calendars, T-shirts, etc.) 4. Select the size of the photo (pre-determined sizes based on product selected, configurable from our side). 5. Specify whether to print it locally or print it offsite (ftp/email) 6. Some sort of licensing/validation, that only allows printing on computers that are licensed - maybe use a dongle for this. 7. Also some kind of watermark protection, so that only when printed does the image get printed without the watermark. 8. Basic photo editing like zoom, crop, black and white, etc. 9. Ability to easily add templates and categories for templates (from our side only) 10. Configure price per product/size/template. 11. Statistics on usage, specially number of prints per product/template/category. 2nd stage - 12. Ability to add some photo effects (like blur, etc.) - basically give us ability to add new effects. 13. More photo editing features 14. Sort of a backend, that collects data from all installations, and also where offsite jobs are sent, managed and tracked. 3rd stage 15. Link it to an online site, with same features as well. Alternatively, have a website with the above features, and the ability to have licenses, where all users can give jobs, but only certain users can print (say if they have the license, or a dongle) - maybe just a username/password is enough. Some other details: - We would require NDA and full copyright on the product. - Development has to be done in modular fashion, which makes it easy to add new features later. - Quick turnaround time.
