Requirement: Sign In Functionality Website having a support to register a user, allows the user to login either a) Using username & password b) Guest Sign In Payment Gateway Support: User given two choices: Fixed Fee to be payed for fixed length chat(30minutes timeout chat or if anyone wishes to disconnect) or unlimited chat paying per minute(until either party disconnects) Also there can be an option to a fixed group of users who can select the above two options free of cost. Once the user is signed in & payed for either of the options, username, logged in time & type of session will appear in the panel sorted by logged in time. Set group of admins will be allowed to login & see the list of logged in user & can select anyone from the list from whom admin would like to open the chat session. Chat Session: All three support for video, audio & text Once chat terminates user is auto-logged out.

Hello I have read your project brief and feel i can more than deliver a new website meeting the specifications as detailed. Whilst there are several elements we will need to discuss (such as domains, hosting, etc) i would be happy to deliver this project within 2weeks at a total cost of 900 USD which would include the relevant and necessary licenses.
