adding ''live changing'' feature to PHP site

Please see here : [login to view URL] All changes to the site made by users should be seen live on the site; ( example ) If a user "kicks" a topic by clicking on the little vertical arrows next to the ( MAIN ) categories, sub categories , topics etc., all other users, on the site should see the changes live on the webiste ( without needing to refresh the whole page ) It is more or less like the point animation seen in this video : <[login to view URL]> Only users don't take turns like in the Songfestival, but can change the order all the time. When you did a good job and you are happy with me as employer, there are alot of other things on this site that you might want to do.
