Development of Existing Video Website

The project is a share video website that allows clients to upload series of video, with admin control over publication of content. The project requires modification of existing website for desired functionality. Much of the work involves stripping away or modifying existing functions, in terms of what options are available to clients and where video content is placed on the website. The current operation is far too flexible for our needs, and we wish to see operation standardised. The selected coder will receive a list of desired changes that will make sense once they have explored the site. Current site version can be found at [[login to view URL]][1]. The coder for this project must primarily be able to modify functions and site operating principles above everything else. We will provide necessary graphics. The projects aim is to create the existing website user friendly for clients. Development must allow for additional elements to be built upon at a latter time when required. The site needs to be search engine optimized. All pages need to be encrypted to deny downloaded of content. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The current host is a linux server.
