Put 8 html5/css3 files into joomla in 10 hours. I'll pay $45 for this. I need it to be responsive. Someone started this, but it came clear they didn't know exactly what they are doing, but it give you something to start off of. I'll give you that url in the private post if you want. I was posting this for $50 and 12 hours before, since they started it I'm reducing this $5 and 2 hours for when I need it done.. So it's worth whatever they did. Even you scrap their code, you still don't have to now install joomla which saves 30 minutes to an hour of the time you'd do this work. Attached all the files.
