PHP coder needed to Edit Simple Script

We have a pretty simple script that creates a webpage. The coding is clean and simple, just how we love it. [login to view URL] Screen shots attached in rar. We need a PHP Coder to skin the output to another layout with different css. (The PHP code will be provided, it was made to be easy to reskin) Description of requirements/features: I would like the proposal presented in 2 formats. Quote one. 1) Customised output to new layout ( See attached its quite basic), this will be quite a project. 2)With ability to have 2 or more layouts and for there to be a place to create new templates.
