Need an EXPERT Front-End Developer to Complete Some Changes to a Wordpress theme

I have had 5 programmers attempt to complete all the changes I require - some say they aren't skilled enough, some vanish without saying a word, some have required constant attending to in order to keep them clear on the instructions. I have a list of ~8 changes that I need to be completed on my responsive wordpress theme. There has already been some modification to the theme and a child theme was created. In order to test that you are capable of following instructions from the beginning, please include the phrase: "I've read your entire brief." in your bid proposal. I need someone to begin immediately on this project.
