Creoaded - PHP FILE Change php code - shipping method auto selects cheapest, i want the expensive

Basically I have a creloaded store, I have 2 shipping options... 1. Flat Rate 2. Store pickup They are in the right order just its automatically selecting the bottom one because its cheeper, Im guessing we want to simply change a > to a < The solution is to change it from selecting the cheapest option to selecting the most expensive option. I have attached the php file I think is controlling the selection to help any php coders that have no cre loaded experience, if its not the right file please ask and i can try find another file. I want to see the changes or for you to tell me what line to change and to what. May also want some more work done on this checkout page should you complete this task and your able to do the simple mods. Many Thanks
