Convert a Static Pages Website to Wordpress

We need to convert our static HTML pages (Dreamwever Template) for [login to view URL] website into a Wordpress website. Please find details and project requirements in the attached pdf file. The freelancer taking this project should be responsible for any required coding, styling work, module installation, as well as Wordpress installation on our hosting account. Website look and styling should remain the same as the static pages. Current website functionalities should remain working the same. All the modules that will be used in the work should be Free.
