I basically need someone and/or a group of people who can create a website where users can come to play against each other, place a small wager, then through skills possibly win. I want the site to somewhat run like [login to view URL] 8 ball multiplayer works, but instead actually betting towards real cash. I would like to somehow literally get a mimic of [login to view URL] 8 Ball Multiplayer, but of course with it's own little twist. Just like Miniclip, I want there to be different rooms for users to go to that offer different payout. I would love a tournament area as well for the players. As far as adding funds, I want there to be a option of course where the users can add money. I also would like to offer instant payout towards the winners of each game towards their Paypal account.
