A raffle website which will have the raffle script from [login to view URL] integrated in it (you have to purchase this script or have already purchased script licensed to you). The raffle script uses paypal for payment processing but we will want that changed to perfectmoney and skrill. Please note that we would not want the default design of the script but something very different and appealing but simple too. Functionality and usability are things we intend to achieve with a decent design. The website is expected to be as simple as possible and responsive. Our budget is $30 - $100. Please only bid if you have read the requirements and do include "raffle site" on your bid to enable us know you understood our project.
