Website Clone Needed

Please (take the spaces out between the characters) and look at the following website: h t t p : / / w w w . e v a u l t . c o m I would like that site cloned. However, instead of the layout, menus, and colors of that site, I would like the layout, colors and menu to be like my site: h t t p : / / w w w . c r c s e c u r e . c o m Note: the .... " e v a u l t" graphics will need to be redone to avoid copyright issues. They need to be in the color and format of the existing "c r c s e c u r e" graphics...which you can easily find on our site. Note: the online demo flash movie is a requirement and a deliverable on this project. The graphics must be redone in the "c r c s e c u r e" color and format, and I need for you to provide a script of the words in the demo. I will re-write the words, and may have one of my employees record them. All 4 steps of the online-ordering process are a requirement and a deliverable of this bid (in 'c r c s e c u r e' form and color like all other deliverables). However, you do not need to link to a payment processor. I will create the PDF's myself. On the 'c r c s e c u r e' front page is an opening flash video. I want the 'e v a u l t' clone to have a similar movie, only with different pictures and text (to be specified after acceptance.) I will not accept the work if: **Any of the colors and/or formats are NOT in the 'c r c s e c u r e' format One final requirement required for acceptance of this work. All references to 'e v a u l t' must be changed to 'c r c s a f e' (without the spaces) and the 'c r c s a f e' needs to be in the format of the 'c r c' (the logo with the world (I want the world in the 'c r c s a f e' logo as well)). The domain name for the site will be: "w w w . c r c s a f e . c o m"...where the graphic is appropriate, use it...where it is not...just use the text. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
