Web Cam messenger

I am in need of a developer that can help me build a web cam software that i can use for a dating website. I need the software to be able to talk to my coding (ASP, Active Server Pages) to view member status/information for access. The software will be for two or more members to chat with eachother using some kind of a invite system. Of course a web cam section with a message system will be needed. I also need to be able to see if a member is online in the chat, and display a image in their profile saying if they are online or offline. The chat program will also need to be a 1on1 based chat and have chat rooms. In a way, this problem will be similar to like MSN or AIM but also have chatrooms. And just so its clear, by software i mean it will be web based! This can be coded in any language, as long as i can pass information to it using ASP coding so the langauge will have to work on a Windows based server. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows and IIS.
