mornitoring printer queque,stadus and number of page printed from any computer on a neiborhood network

I am developing a project that manage an internet cafe timer that keeps all tracks of record about registered customer. that is, the user(customer) he/she must be register member before they can use any of the computer to browse the internet. so one of the feature that i want the program to have is to mornitor all the printer activities in such a way that if a customer account is less than certain amount he/she would not be able to print from any of the program within the computer he/she is [login to view URL] if he/she have enough money let say greater than $19 they should be able to print as many copies as they can. then the detail of theire printing should be capture by this feature, that is , the number of copies, the document type, the user name,the time printed and from the computer the document is printed from should be sent to databse or a text file so that the admistrator can check it at any time to see how much they had made for all printed job. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. ## Platform the program is base on client & server. all the client is to be run on win98 and the server is to be runing on winder 2000 advance server ## Deadline information 12/28/2002
