flash based tif file viewer (repost)

I need this project developed pretty quickly. this will be a multiple page Tif File Viewer. we need to generate a link to the viewer. we will be showing a bunch of results from a database and will have links from all the records to the tif image viewer to show the tif image that is attached to each document. the flash viewer will need to be a popup into its own window. full screen because the images are 8.5"x11" There will need to be different view options with zoom the width of the document and allow the user to scroll down the page and They should also be able to print the document. In the top Right corner there will need to be a watermark [login to view URL] on every page. the user is going to be blocked from knowing where the tif images are coming from. the source website of the images. in order for the viewer to know where they are we will display a link that will send the viewer the file information Example: /2006/10/[login to view URL] the viewer will access this file by knowing the source located here Ex: [login to view URL] and then appending the file destination /2006/10/[login to view URL] no one will know where the files are. I need the First Page of every document to be covered up by [login to view URL] which will be an 8.5 x 11" the first page of the documents shows where we get the files so we will not want anyone to see the 1st page of the tif documents.
