Design and Contest Application

We are in need of a design tool that allows users to create personalized graphics, text and images on different types of products.? The products include hats, tee shirts and pants, etc. The user should be allowed to add, edit, skew, layer and move text, images, clipart.? Please see [login to view URL] as an example.? ? Within the admin panel we would like to be able to add and edit fonts, colors, shapes, products and clipart. In addition, we seek a polling tool that would allow us to host design contests and allow users to poll entries.? We seek an application similar to [[login to view URL]][1].? The user should be able to view contest, view entries and rate entries.? In addition, the user should be able to view ratings for each entry, comment on the entry and send the entry to a friend. The admin. panel should be able to edit/add contest, add/edit entries and forward alerts to users.? We seek tools that can be easily converted to? widget-like applications, so these tools must be within a window/box.
