Database Driven Flash Template (repost)

Hello I am looking for a good yet **CHEAP** Flash Developer. ? I have some designs (about 20) as a Photoshop file and I want them to be converted to flash template. For more details ! Please see the link below : [login to view URL] All the Photos / Menu / Links / Texts / Header / Footer and Colors are coming from Database / XML.? For colors please check this? [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and so on.? So? colorschemeID=50 corresponds to a table in the database that has the colors for every element of the flash template. (That admin part is not in the scope of this project) **Bottom Line !** I will provide the design and need a Flash Template based on that similar functionality (like everything comes from the database) I do not want the Calendar thing.? **Final Delivery !** The final delivery will be a completed SWF file and FLA file. You can use any php hard coded variable to show the functionality.? **Future Work !** If the 1st template is done and work fully as expected, there are 20 more templates to come and then there will be some templates each month. **Who will be Selected ?** Only those who can provide a similar work they have done in the past. ** ** Thanks & Regards Happy Bidding?
