Build Easy Audio/Flash Program that adds a FLASH play/stop button to your website.

Hi there. I'm looking for a simple software program that will add flash audio to your website. For example, I should be able to choose the play/stop buttons in flash (6 different colors to choose from). I should be able to record my message any length and it save it in MP3 or something that is storage/memory efficient. If I already have a wav file, I should be able to use that instead. Then it spits out the code to add to my website.
