Website design for rafting company

We need to design a website (graphics, html, js and css only, NO content or functionality beyond a .html page) for an outdoor rafting company. Site should be similar, but NOT exact, in terms of layout/structure to [login to view URL] or InARaft.com. The NOC site is probably a better example of the "depth" of offerings that will be provided. A clean and simple navigation system is absolutely required, as well as clean lines and balanced white space. The base colors will be blue and white. The site must be acceptable (in terms of download speed) for dialup users, NOT just broadband users. We are looking for just the HTML templates that we'll adapt to our server environment. Different layouts with open format and multi-column layouts will need to be provided to address the different areas of the website (retail, rentals, scheduling, food service, lodging, etc) Please submit at lease one proposed jpeg graphic (between 640x480 and 1024x768) with your bid. We'll be presenting these all to the client for them to make final pick... so the more sample designs, the better the chances... (sounds like a raffle) Rapid turnaround is a must as well... ## Deliverables - Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. - Deliverables must be in ready-to-use condition. - All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform HTML, JavaScript and CSS capable of running in IE6+, Opera, and Gecko browsers.
