Video Capture Color Filter

I am developing an NTSC video capture device that is near completion but has a color problem. See the screenshot at [login to view URL] The luminance (black & white signal) interferes with the color signal (3.58 mhz) and I believe my software needs a filtering algorithm, perhaps like fourier transform, but I am not a mathematical guy and need a program with source code that demonstrates a filter that will remove the color noise the luminance is causing (without simply averaging data). I found a website of someone who has written software that does exactly this at [login to view URL], but cannot get in touch with him, but if you download his program, it shows the raw video image converting to color picture that has this type of filtering. If you could reverse engineer this guys program or create one of similar function (preferrably in C, C++, VB) that includes clearly written and annotated code of the color filtering functions that I can read that would be great. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
