Tire Tracking Program

I need a program to track the sale and maintenance of very large tires on heavy equipment. It will be integrated into, and called from, Image Accounting Version 6.0 written in MS Access 2000. I will do the integration myself. For now I want a standalone program that I will integrate into the accounting system and set some links to. I have attached the information in a word document. I want serious bidders only. I have already wasted four weeks awarding this to another coder who disappeared. I am now in a pinch and need it done very quickly. If I can't find someone that can get it done by the end of the weekend I will have to do it myself next week. Please don't bid if you are a novice or don't have the time. A quick prototype would be nice. Added Comment: Most people are bidding a VB Solution. I was thinking about something written in Access so I can do the integration myself. I will entertain VB suggestions but would prefer an Access solution. Minor changes can be done over the next few weeks. Some support and maybe some minor changes will be needed up to the end of the year as we do the install.
