Simple HTML structure issue- need to eliminate space below table

I need to eliminate the space below the lowest table so that the table is the lowest thing visible on the site. I am trying to accomplish this to eliminate the need for a scroll bar to appear while trying to view a site that already appears completely in the window. ## Deliverables an edited version of the included file that eliminate the space below the lowest table. (the 790x620 table that loads the [login to view URL]) and any instruction necessary to eliminate the scroll bar appearring when the site already appears within the window. *i will reward the first correct completion of the task if included in the initial bidding ## Platform mac os 10
