RSS Feed Reader

*Further Clarification* I need this to be an independent application. I need to be able to launch it, input the data and have it create the code that I can paste into a site. This will be used many times. I have multiple sites and want to be able to test/change feeds/layouts at will. *** I want to be able to cut and paste code to add to my site that will show an RSS feed. I want the option of using just titles or titles and descriptions. I'd like to be able to control how many of these are displayed. I need to be able to select any feed. I'd like to be able to past the code onto a layout/table in something like dreamweaver. Once there I can manipulate text size, position, colour, background colour etc. Something similar can be found here [[login to view URL]][1] but I don't want their information on my site. Another idea is here [login to view URL] with this one I can cut and paste the code, even eliminate their information (image) but I can't (don't know how) do generate similar code for a different feed. I'm told this should be pretty easy for someone that know what they are doing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows98+
