Rewrite of my website

I have a PR4 Health content site breakthroughdigest(dot)com that needs to be rewritten. It was originally coded in Net Objects, which is just not workable. Probably want it redesigned in Wordpress CSS/PHP, but I am open. Looking for someone that can both follow specific requirements and is also creative and can offer ideas and suggestions to make the site better. I want someone that can help guide me through the process of transitioning from the old site to the new one smoothly and maintain or improve SEO. And you must stand by your work and be responsive. PLEASE respond on this project ONLY if you have the necessary experience. Intitial screen - blog articles generated automatically via potentially multiple RSS feeds with easily customizable filtering to classify articles into various disease categories(there will be a lot of categories). I also want the ability to easily add in new articles manually and reclassify existing articles into other categories. An unrelated site that is a good model for how I want the front page to look can be found here: <[login to view URL]> Different from this example site I want to have about 8 additional pages: 1 the About page, and 2 resources, which should be straight forward to set up as they will be text/html plus adsense. 3) FDA News will be content drawn from RSS feeds. 4) Commentary - RSS feed 5) another page for Blog articles that would likely be hand written. 6) - Medical Journals - a static page copied from my site 7) Government Health Sites - a static page copied from my site 8) Pharmaceutical Companies - a static page copied from my site - continued - ## Deliverables I would like archieving capabilites so visitors can look at old articles, keyword search for the db of articles, as you see in the nexgentech sample site. Also I want to try and populate the new site with many of the articles that are a part of the existing site. This may be difficult and need to discuss if it is possible. Navigation to and from each page should be intuitive. The site must be set up so that it is easily maintained. I realize this is not a professional spec. and details are likely missing. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in reeady-to-run condition on hostmonster environment. I want to have the new website aged a few days and then move it in place and have the old website removed. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
