PHP Data mining (Chinese speaking coder only)

Need a programmer expert in PHP and Data Mining, MUST know Chinese. - I need to mine Chinese lyrics(Geci) (pop, classic, children, all kinds...quantity is large, the exact amount to be discussed); - The data mining source may be one or more, to be discussed and agreed on. - The program must be coded in PHP, Data will be stored in mySQL, the text body need to preserve some basic formating such as line break, title etc... - The methodology need to be discussed. (I want to be part of the project. I have data mining experience and want to offer my opinions and contribution. - The final delivery consist these two parts: 1. The data mining code - must be posted on RAC as part of the final deliverable; 2. The mined data posted on RAC as sql dump format. The quantity of the data entries must be equal or larger than the number pre-defimined and agreed on(not difined here, it'll be defined during discussion). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform IE all versions Safari OSX all versions
