Oracle Applications Form

I need a simple form developed on 4 custom tables in Oracle Applications. 3 columns in all the tables are common, so I'm thinking of a tabed form with 4 tabs. 2 common columns should be displayed at the top as search fields (more like parent fields). These are id fields. They will need to converted and displayed at name fields. This would be a simple insert, update and delete form. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows : a.
