To-Do List and Schedule Module for Moodle(repost)

I would like you to create a new module for my Moodle installation, please. (Or perhaps you think it would be better to somehow make it into two modules?) Here is what I'm trying to do: In my courses, I want students to pair with a buddy. As buddies, two students will schedule phone calls together. On the calls, they'll discuss their progress. (I wrote an article on this type of buddy call. It's at [login to view URL] in case you want to read it? It might help you understand what I'm trying to make easier for the students, through this module.) I want the module to do three main things: Function #1. help the students schedule their calls and be reminded of them. Function #2. help the students enter and keep track of their tasks for the course, which may be individualized. Function #3. notify me via email when a student is not keeping up with his/her buddy calls and to-do lists and allow me to post a comment to them. The remaining details are in the attachment. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
