''Eticket support'' (sourceforge ticket system) - Finish Install

I have installed sourceforge's "Eticket Support" ticket system, and I need help finishing the install. This is working so far: - admin/user can login and post/reply to messages - cron is running, but apparently not working I'd like this to work: - an email to a particular email address gets automatically made into a ticket (no need to goto support site) - the email that is sent to admin to say 'new ticket' should be 'replyable' - ie. if admin replies to the email it is automatically made into a 'ticket reply'. I'm pretty sure that these are built into eticket support, but I can't work it out. If you are familiar with this system, I think it should just be a case of setting the correct parameters. I don't need any coding (I think), and I will later be integrating this with Magento so any extra coding is probably a bad idea. Site is running on hsphere shared LAMP server.
