A driving school wants to offer to these customers a 3d simulator of driving car to prepare with the examination of driving licence.
The program 3D to be developed : will make it possible to the user to virtually drive a car in the city. The user will use a wheel, one limps at automatic speed and two pedals, to accelerate and the other to slow down, like in real car.
In this program, the user will walk in the streets of the city according to a chart choose by the user. There is a whole of indication which the user must respect in his course. With the end of the driving test, a report/ratio must be posted by indicating the infringements made by the user.
The program must simulate the unfolding of cars which run in the streets.
It must also make it possible to the user to station his car in the street.
The photographs of the city must be used to rebuilding the streets in the program. The objective of the program is to make it possible to the user to test all the indication and codes of conduct.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
