digital print website

The project is to develop an online digital print shop. The users would be allowed to upload their images in the site and can proceed to order them for print. The print price would vary depending on the size and number of prints. The price per print and discount for numbers are to be variable, and can be taken from a database. The checkout has to be done by agora cart, and it would generate a unique order number. The user can then proceed and pay by credit card (credit card gateway integration not required) or they can pay by depositing money in some bank account. This bank account information would come in the last screen, and should again be easily modifiable. There should also be a concept of coupons, and for some unique coupon codes the cart should generate some discount. The list of coupon codes, discount amount/percentage should be again easily configurable. There should be some way that the user is able to track/cancel/modify thier order, though, and I want to do it by order number. The image, icon and overall look and feel of the website must be professional. The entire coding must be done using free software, like perl, mySQL and on Linux platform. You can use any free/GPL software for the functionality mentioned, but you must clearly declare them to me. All software not declared would be assumed to be proprietary software, and the complete rights to that part of the software has to be irreversibly transferred to me. Also, I would require a declaration no part of the software, images etc infringes upon the copyright of a third party. The entire website must be of profesional quality complete with logo, banner etc. Please contact me for any further clarifications. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) This web site must be installed in ready to run condition in the website location I ask it to be installed. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. GPL/GNU is OK, but must be disclosed beforehand, and must be OKed by me. ## Platform Linux, perl, php and mySQL. Other tools with free license might be used.
