Design and create Mac OS X app that hides image behind forefront window

I am looking for someone to create an easy and very simple light-weight application for Mac OS X. This application, when executed will allow the user to select one of the open windows and blacken out all other windows. I would also like the dock and desktop to be hidden. All that should be shown is all windows belonging to a specific application chosen by the user, together with the menu bar. A keyboard shortcut will allow the user to turn this mode on and off. A preference pane for the application will allow the user to select the keyboard shortcut. Other options such as muting background sounds would be desired. An OpenGL style cross dissolve effect when the background is faded would be fantastic. Lastly, the application needs an About Menu and a high-res icon. The application will be called 'Concentration'. The aim for the application is to allow the user greater concentration when they need to focus their concentration on just one application. This app will block off the colour and motion that occurs from other applications. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must be fully compatible with Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.6. Intel Universal Binary desired.
