Data Collection Web Site

Needed is a basic website that is password protected where two seperate databases can be accessed by registered users to input information. The information collected should be viewable only to persons with administrative password, and capable of being downloaded to Excel or Access. Each database has less than 30 fields. Passwords should be obtainable by any person through a registration process in which the password is emailed to the registrants email. It will be necessary for buyer to be able to edit page content from time to time. There is no preference to Linux or Windows. My interest is lost person behavior and child abductor behavior, and I collect specific data on all types of missing children and lost adults. Patterns of where missing people are located in can provide valuable life-saving insight by authorities to high probability areas. This is that statistical data that needs to be collected, studied and analyzed. This is what the “Data Collection Site?? is about, a place (website) to collect statistical data online and the ability to query certain collections. Access or Excel I have to take into consideration. Statistical data is normally provided in percentile zones, 25% 50%, 75% and 90%, including minimum, maximum, median and mean. I need to see data as age, sex, type of missing and the above statistics for the category of missing, i.e. lost/ abducted. Search and Rescue is further broken down in Categories of lost (not abducted). All distances are straight line (as the crow flies) from what is known as the “Place Last Seen?? or PLS. Median distance within the range of case histories is that “middle point?? distance at which there are an equal number of cases found further in distance as are found shorter in distance. Mean is the average. The median distance is used because the mean could be drastically skewed by one extreme case.
