creating simple sport site and implementing live scores

Hi, I want site like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] - sport site with content from www.livescore.in. Design: Something very simple with top and right space for ads. I also need easy solution for changing top and right content (ads) on all pages. Languages: 1 + 4 (but this will not be a problem bcs there are all feeds on different languages on www.livescore.in. So, this will be 4-5 hours project for good coder. Please, send me some samples of your previous works.
