I seek someone to examine a characterization diagram of an ERP system, focusing on the question ??" can a reliable, stable and flexible DB for the needed ERP be built based on the diagrams.
_General_
Today we have an ERP system written in Access. I intend to build an new ERP, with a similar structure. The big difference will be that the new ERP will be built based on a DB that is built correctly this time.
_I expect to receive a specified document that includes:
_1. An evaluation: can a DBA build the wanted DB, based on these specific diagrams?
2. A detailed list of existing discrepancies in the diagrams focusing on the question.
3. Does the diagram include all the wanted modules and applications? If not ??" what exactly is missing?
4. Does the diagram include all the linkages needed? Are they correct linkages?
If not ??" what exactly is missing or needed to be corrected?
5. A list of additional concerns that need to be taken care of in this characterization diagram, in order for a DBA to build the DB.
6. A list of additional concerns that we need to consider and /or take care of in the future process of building the DB.
_I provide:
_1. The original request.
2. Access to a server in which the present ERP is installed in order to show you what I want the new ERP to include (it is actually the characterization of the wanted ERP system).
3. The diagrams for the D needed to be examed.
