Business Directory Submit form (with paypal IPN integration) and Control Panel

PART 1 We have a business directory of 500 companies. We would like to add a submission form where companies will send their information and pay their insertion fee. The form needs to get the following info: 1. Company name. required 2. Short description (one line). required 3. Address (street, zip code, city, country). required 3. Phone required. Fax optional. 4. E-mail (need to verify if e-mail exists). required 5. Longer description of 1000 characters. optional. 6. Upload Logo (verify less than 7kb and smaller than 120X60 and JPEG/GIF). optional 7. Contact person. Required. 8. username. required The user should not be sent to the payment page until all these are submitted and are conforming to the standards (e-mail and logo). After the submission step, the user should be sent to paypal to pay the fee. If payment is confirmed (using IPN), the system should send a confirmation e-mails and activate the company's listing. The user should receive a a randomly assigned password to use for editing his listing on the control panel. -------------- PART 2 - Control Panel We need a control panel to edit company listings. Using the username and password to login, the user should be able to edit all the above fields (except username). All changes should be recorded immidiately into the table. The user should also be able to change his password. There should also be a "forgot my password" function on the login page. ------------------------- This should be written in a neat and clean, commented, php code. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php, mysql, paypal
