basic website

i need some help with a web site for a friend of mine who is a painter. she's looking for a basic site with a simple web based interface for administration functions of her site. she's looking for a simple site with just a few pages 1) home page with random image on page load 2) news page with ability to edit items from web based interface for administration 3) artist statement page with ability to edit statement web based interface for administration 4) contact page using an email form 5) thank you page for redirection after sending an email 6) resume page with ability to edit resume web based interface for administration 7) gallery page with with random images from different gallery catgories and the ability to create new gallery categories, edit and delete existing galleries, upload a text intro for each gallery, and images for each gallery. clicking on an individual gallery will take you to a page with the text intro for that gallery, thumbnails of the pictures in that gallery. clicking on a thumbnail will show the full size image via a javascript. javascript link: <[login to view URL]> i'd like to incorporate this javascript or something very similar. see attached file for more info about the web based administration functions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform unix web server, php or perl scripts are okay, there is also mysql if needed
