OpenCart VQMod extension - Auto complete orders for digital goods

I'd like to offer my customers the option to purchase reward points in OpenCart v1.5.4.1 and have the order auto-complete (status switched to 'Complete' and reward points released automatically) when payment is received from PayPal. The catch, if you can call it that, is that I wouldn't want every single order to auto-complete since I do sell physical goods. So if an order is placed with both physical and digital goods, the order should be processed as usual (not auto-completed). I'd like to avoid editing any core files so if the work is done as a VQMod extension, that would be best. Thanks a bunch, Tim G.
