Quick Modifications, changes, fixes needed to existing website

Need the following changes to [login to view URL]
Fix Login issue, going into loop after already logged in, asking to log in again.
- When user registers to website, need option to select either "broker" or "principle" and database will sort the two groups.
Log out button
- Ability to add a separate Confidentiality Agreement that will display based on if user is "broker" or "principle"
In ADMIN, need a Log of what properties users are viewing.
Also a Log on each property of all the users who viewed it.
So when in ADMIN, if you click on the specific user, you can see a log of what properties they have viewed, AND if you click on the property, you can see a log of all of the users that have view the property.
- Need ability to delete old files that exist in FCKEDITOR
