1022 Problem with phpMyAdmin

Hello, My website name is [login to view URL] I use phpMyAdmin 2.8.0.2 directly to update my website content, My website displays all old databases only. My new insert for this database doesn't display at my website even my insert is for same page. Server: localhost / Database: Table: animations In this area my all database id 1 to id 139 are displaying fine. This is old database. But id 140 which is new inserts not displaying at my website. There is no error with new insert, New insert save successfully every time, Problem is new insert doesn't display at my website. Note: No escrow before work is done, I will pay only after successfully fixing the problem. I will pay by papal or escrow only. Thank you,
