I need someone who can create a basic contact PHP contact form in which you can attach a file to be sent to an email address without having to upload it to the web server. I have already created a form close to what I want, but can't figure out how to do this last part. See the contact form on the right side of the page for reference: [login to view URL]

Hi, Here's my bid to update the form for you, but we'll have to upload the image to the server, email it and then delete from server. It can't be done without first uploading the image to server.
