Jquery expert - mods and bug fixes

the website is written in php, jquery using mysql database i need a jquery coder who can fix some bugs and write some new code the bug fix is to fix a mindate on a patepicker the mod is to read a db table and populate a drop down list with the items based upon the matching index then display the cost of the item to the right multiplied by the quantity underneath this then display the total cost of the items correct a few other issues such as adding a drop down for state selection the new functionality includes reading in a csv file and then creating the tables and entries in the tables based upon the csv file
