cakephp coupons site clone customization and email marketing

I have a coupons clone site, is not working the daily newsletters email send, i refer to the email that you get when you register for the offers in your city.... please see attached image [login to view URL] Also i need to integrate into the cakephp system in someway the ability to force that newsletter (beside that the system will do it daily and automatic) Also i need to configure the hosting server to make sure that every email reading service as gmail, yahoo and hotmail recibe the newsletters and email correctly, to be clear i need that every email that’s comes out of the site hosting arrive to the inbox and not to spam or any other folder... please if you have any questions feel free to make them thank you!
